Day 3 – Around the Sea of Galilee
Begin your day with a short hike along the Jesus Trail on the Arbel Cliffs, overlooking the Sea of Galilee. Visit the Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum, and Magdala, tracing Jesus’ Galilean ministry. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee. Dinner and overnight stay in Tiberias.

Day 4 – Upper Galilee & Golan

Day 5 – Jordan River Valley and Jerusalem
Drive along the Jordan River Valley and stop at Beit ‘Abara, a traditional baptism site associated with John the Baptist. Continue to Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus and city of David. Transfer to your hotel in Jerusalem for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6 – Jerusalem the City of Gold
Start the day on the Mount of Olives, overlooking the city that moved Jesus to tears. Pray at the Garden of Gethsemane, visit the Pools of Bethesda, and walk the Via Dolorosa. Share Holy Communion at the Garden Tomb before concluding the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Jerusalem.

Cross the bridge over the Marmara Sea that connects the Black Sea to the Aegean Sea. Continue to Thyateira, known as the “false” church that followed a seductive prophetess. Dinner and overnight in Sardis.

Day 4 – Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicea and Pamukkale
Drive to Sardis, the “dead’ church that fell asleep as mentioned in the Book of Revelation. Travel to Philadephia an important Christian centre during Byzantine times. Explore the remnants of the ancient Laodicea. Visit the ancient city of Hierapolis known for its white cotton-like terraces of mineral deposits. Dinner and overnight in Pamukkale.

Day 5 – Ephesus
Explore Ephesus, the church that had abandoned its first love for Christ and the most impressive archaeological site in Turkey. Visit the Basilica of St John and stop by the House of Virgin Mary atop Mount Coressos. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 6 – Smyrna and Pergamum
See the ruins of Smyrna in the modern city of Izmir. Take the cable car to the acropolis of Pergamum. Dinner and overnight in Canakkale.

Day 7 – Flight home
Return to Istanbul and transfer to Istanbul Airport for flight home.

Explore Thessaloniki and stop at Veria to see the “bema” where Paul stood and preached. Proceed to Kalambaka, a small modern town at the foot of Meteora. Dinner and overnight in Kalambaka.

Day 9 – Meteora and Athens
See Meteora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for monasteries that are perched on the top of free-standing rocks. Continue to Athens. Dinner and overnight in Athens.

Day 10 – Athens, Old and New
See the city of Athens, climb the Acropolis and see the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens and stop at Areopagos (Mars Hill) where Paul preached the gospel to the Athenians. Spend some time at the Acropolis Museum. Dinner and overnight in Athens.

Day 11 – Corinth
See the Corinth Canal and visit the ancient Corinth where Paul lived and preached for one and a half years. Spend some time shopping at the Plaka area. Transfer to Athens Airport for flight home.
